In the Image View there are different options to adjust the view to the wishes of the user which can be applied by using the buttons in the Toolbar

Normal Pointer: No specific tool. Main function is the double click which resizes the image so that it fits completely into the window. |

PAN If the image is larger than the window you can move the visible area with the mouse. |

Zoom area You can define the area which you would like to view enlarged. |

Lens With the lens you can view quickly an area enlarged without changing the zoom level of the shown image |

Fit With this tool you fit the image into the window. |

Full image Shows the image in its full view - so that you see only a clipping mostly |

Rotate left Rotates the image 90° counter clock wise. This operatio is only for viewing the image, the original image is not changed. Images with exif-tag orientation are rotated automatically. |

Rotate right Rotates the image 90° clock wise. |

Delete Deletes the image |
Besides the options in the Toolbar you can also zoom in and out by using the mouse wheel or use the double click to fit in the image into the window.
